925 sterling silver
This piece is made of 925 sterling silver, the benchmark precious metal in jewelry: 92.5% pure silver for a bright, luminous shine. The remaining 7.5%, usually copper, makes it stronger than pure silver, which is too soft to be worn every day. It is rhodium-plated: a fine layer of rhodium, a precious metal from the platinum family, gives it an intense white shine and protects it from tarnishing.
Cubic zirconia
Cubic zirconia is a lab-created stone that remarkably reproduces the brilliance and fire of a diamond. Hard, sparkling and affordable, it is widely used in jewelry. It should not be confused with zircon, which is a natural gemstone.
