– What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours, then shipped via tracked letter post. Within mainland France, the indicative delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. For international deliveries, the timeframe ranges from 4 working days for the closest destinations up to 15 working days.

– How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. To track your parcel, simply enter this tracking number directly on La Poste’s website.

– There is an issue with the delivery of my order, what should I do?

As a reminder, tracked letter post within mainland France takes 2 to 5 working days from the date of shipment, and 4 to 15 working days for international deliveries. As long as this period has not elapsed, there is no need to worry. If your order is late, you can check its current status on La Poste’s website using your tracking number. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, this may be because tracking information is sometimes updated before actual delivery, so it may arrive later the same day or the following day. If not, we recommend contacting your nearest post office to check whether they have received the parcel, and asking your neighbours in case the postman delivered it to the wrong mailbox.

– Can I have my order delivered abroad / to French overseas territories?

Yes, we deliver internationally and to the French overseas departments and territories (DOM‑TOM).

- Can I make an exchange?

If you would like to make an exchange, you have up to 30 days from the date you received your order to return your jewelry to us. The jewelry must, of course, be in perfect condition. Please return your jewelry in its original pouch by tracked mail to the following address, together with proof of purchase and the completed after-sales form, which you can find here (English form here). You can also submit your request via your Customer Area under “My Account” then “My Orders”. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Our postal address is:

As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will issue a store credit for the price of the returned items, including complimentary tracked shipping, so that you can order the piece of your choice.

- Can I return my order?

If you would like to return your jewelry, you have up to 30 days from the date you received your order to send your jewelry back to us. The jewelry must, of course, be in perfect condition and must not have been worn. Please return your jewelry in its original pouch by tracked mail to the following address, together with proof of purchase and the completed after-sales form, which you can find here (English form here).

You can also submit your request via your Customer Area under “My Account” then “My Orders”. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Our postal address is:

Once we receive your jewelry, we will issue a refund for your order, including shipping costs, no later than 30 days after you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the 30-day period is not respected, we will only be able to offer you an exchange or store credit.

- How does the warranty work?

All jewellery is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty covers potential breakage of the jewellery, but not normal wear and tear.

- How can I have my jewellery repaired?

Please return it by tracked mail, together with the duly completed after-sales form, which you can find here (English form here).

As soon as we receive it, we will process your request as quickly as possible and then send your jewellery back to your home address (a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you as soon as it is dispatched to your letterbox).

If the item is under warranty, the repair is free of charge. Otherwise, after assessment, if we are able to repair your jewellery, we will send you a quote for the cost of the repair. We will always offer you the fairest possible price.

- Can I have my jewellery repaired if the warranty has expired?

Even if the warranty has expired, we remain available for possible repairs so that you can continue to enjoy your jewellery. Please contact us by email at contact@meora-paris.com, attaching your proof of purchase and a photo of your jewellery. After assessment, if we are able to repair your jewellery, we will send you a quote for the repair; we will always offer you the fairest possible price.

- Can I modify/cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, if you wish to modify or cancel it, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible by email with your request contact@meora-paris.com

We will not be able to modify or cancel your order if it has already been shipped. Otherwise, we will be happy to help you.

- How is my order packaged?

The jewelry is all packaged in small linen bags. Small items that are not likely to get tangled, such as rings or earrings, can be grouped together in the same bag. If you would like each piece of jewelry to be put in separate pouches, do not hesitate to let us know by leaving us a message when placing your order. Orders marked as "gift" are sent with a small card on the back of which you can write a little note. If you would like us to write it, you can leave us a message when placing the order.

Orders are sent in padded envelopes which have the advantage of being able to arrive directly in your mailboxes 💌 The envelopes are recyclable, just detach the bubble part from the paper part!

- What is the meaning of my stone?

- How to take care of my jewelry

To protect your jewelry as much as possible, we advise you to remove it when you shower or bathe, especially in water chlorinated or salty. It is also advisable to avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, hydro-alcoholic gel and household products.

When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is advisable to store them in their pouch in a separate room. away from humidity and extreme temperatures.

- How do I preserve and revive the shine of my jewelry?

When you are not wearing your jewelry, it is strongly recommended to store them in their linen pouch to protect them from light and to keep them in a place protected from humidity.

For silver jewelry, you can revive the shine of your jewelry using a silverware product (Polish). Please always use a soft cloth so as not to scratch your jewelry.

For gold-plated and steel jewelry, you can regularly use a soft, dry cloth to revive their shine.
