Can I make an exchange?

If you wish to make an exchange, you have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to return your jewelry to us. The jewelry must of course be in perfect condition. We invite you to return your jewelry in its original pouch to the following address, accompanied by proof of purchase and the completed after-sales service form (english form here). We recommend that you return the product(s) by followed letter. You can, however, choose the carrier of your choice; however, you must ensure that you have tracking and proof of shipment of the product(s). In the event of loss of the package, if you cannot provide us with proof of delivery tracking, we will not be held responsible, and will not be able to respond to your request for an exchange or refund. You can also make your request via your Customer Area in the “My Account” tab then “My Orders”. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon receipt of your jewelry, we will issue you a credit note for the price of the returned jewelry including the shipping costs so that you can recommend the jewelry of your choice.

Upon receipt of your jewelry, we will issue a refund for your order, including shipping costs , no later than 30 days after exercising the right of withdrawal.

If the 30-day deadline is not respected, we can only offer you an exchange or a credit.
