Can I make an exchange?

If you wish to make an exchange, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your jewelry to us. The jewelry must, of course, be in perfect condition. Please return your jewelry in its original pouch to the following address, along with proof of purchase and the completed after-sales form (English form here). We recommend returning the product(s) with tracked mail. However, you may choose any carrier you like, but you must ensure you have tracking and proof of shipment for the product(s). In case the package is lost and you cannot provide proof of delivery tracking, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to process your exchange or refund request. You can also submit your request via your Customer Area under the "My Account" tab, then "My Orders." Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Once we receive your jewelry, we will issue you store credit for the returned items, including complimentary tracked shipping, so you can reorder the jewelry of your choice.

Please return your jewelry in its original pouch to the following address, along with proof of purchase and the completed after-sales form (English form here).

We recommend returning the product(s) with tracked mail. However, you may choose any carrier you like, but you must ensure you have tracking and proof of shipment for the product(s). As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will issue a refund for your order, including shipping costs, no later than 30 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.

If the 30-day period is not respected, we can only offer you an exchange or store credit.
