Can I make an exchange?

You have up to 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your jewelry to us. The jewelry must, of course, be in perfect condition. Please return your pieces in their original pouch to the address below, together with the completed after‑sales form (English form available here). We recommend returning the product(s) via tracked letter post. You may, however, choose any carrier you like, but you must ensure that you have tracking and proof of shipment for the product(s). In the event that the parcel is lost and you are unable to provide proof of delivery tracking, we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to process your request for an exchange or refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

As soon as we receive your jewelry, we will issue you a store credit for the price of the returned items, including the cost of standard tracked‑letter shipping, so that you can place a new order for the piece of your choice.
