Yes, our jewelry is water-resistant; however, it is important to protect it from cosmetic and chemical products. You can wear it in the shower without any issues and also at the beach, provided you rinse it well with fresh water after exposure to salt or chlorinated water, then dry it carefully with a soft cloth.

You have 30 days after receipt to return or exchange your jewelry if it doesn't suit you, provided it hasn't been worn and is returned in its original packaging. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. To start a return, contact us via our customer service at contact@meora-paris.com or through your account's order page.

Yes, all our jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. If your piece has an abnormal issue within this period, we promise to repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
